Hi, thanks for visiting from my Flippa listing.  Front-end submissions can be easily enabled, however, the plugin is $200 so I have opted to not include it in this demo site as you may not want this enabled (i.e. if you just want to host or sell the screensavers yourself). If you wish to purchase the site on Flippa and then buy the plugin I am happy to set it up for you.

Enabling this plugin will allow authors to register and upload their screensavers for sale on this very page, from which you can charge them a fee.
